First single chip version of Trolleyponder

A picture of the first single chip Trolleyponder for operation at UHF frequencies produced by our US licensee and measuring just larger than 1mm by 1mm. Chip includes all logic, rectifying circuitry, memory and control circuitry to impliment a complete Trolleyponder RFID transponder complete with EAS features. Photo taken 14 August 2000.
